Hillary Agyemang, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker who earned her Master’s degree from Salisbury University. She has experience supporting individuals and families navigating housing instability, homelessness, and related life stressors within nonprofit and county settings.
Hillary utilizes a compassionate, client-centered approach to help clients explore the impact of mental health challenges, trauma, and life transitions. She is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where clients can build on their strengths, develop coping skills, and work toward lasting change.
She is honored to serve the Maryland community through Destined Horizons and is committed to supporting clients in building resilience and achieving a meaningful quality of life.
